I know what it’s like to feel your needs are at the end of a long list of things to do. Work, parenting, renovating, building... It’s exhausting. Paradoxically, the load doesn’t get lighter or easier the more we work. Jamming more things into a day doesn’t make for a better tomorrow; prioritising yourself does. Exercise and self-care increases energy, reduces pain, promotes a good night’s sleep, and allows you to be the best version of yourself. Online classes are the best solution for the busy person. Block out time in your calendar or simply catch up on the recorded class later.

Online class descriptions

MAT PILATES connect to your core muscles, whilst working the whole kinetic chain. This class follows a series of standard Pilates exercises, flowing from one movement to the next, with modifications to each exercise. No equipment necessary.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a 30 minute cardio and strength workout, that gets the heart pumping and ignites endorphins. Light-weight dumbbells are recommended but not critical. Prior to the commencement of this class, a short 20 minute Pilates + Stretch class will be run, offering participants the opportunity to warm up and prepare the body for HIIT.

FOAM ROLLER is a fabulous class to realign, release, and balance the whole body.  You will need a foam roller (which I have for sale) and dumbbells are optional.

YOGA flow; this is a vinyasa style class, whereby movements are synchronised with the breath. This offers a meditative quality to the practice. Class finishes with a 10 minute relaxation, ensuring you leave feeling rejuvenated and ready for the day.

Terms

Online classes are not suitable to those managing serious injury or in acute pain.


To see and feel the results, participants are encouraged to commit to daily classes for one month. Payment is made upfront and can be arranged via the plans and pricing page -

I just know that regardless how I feel going into a class with Kristy, I am going to feel amazing when I come out.  It sets me up for the day brilliantly.  It makes me feel energised and strong, and basically is a mood elevator any way you look at it.
