Koa Pilates + Fitness is a boutique studio, located in leafy Eltham, where individual care and attention is offered. The aim in each class is to move better and feel better, whilst focusing on both strength and flexibility. Some of the common benefits include:

MY STORY
Kristy is a fully certified Pilates + Fitness instructor, and registered Remedial Massage Therapist. She has been teaching Pilates since 2010. Her focus is on postural balance; identifying muscle weakness and restrictions within the body, and tailoring each session to suit the individual.
“What I love most about my job, is when I see a change in clients - when their posture improves, or they are able to move with confidence and ease, or when they realise they can do an exercise they never thought possible. It's incredibly rewarding to be able to help people”.
